The General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) is the headquarters of China Customs. It is a full-ministerial-level government agency that directly reports to the State Council of the People’s Republic of China and oversees all the regional customs across the country. It is composed of 18 departments and 8 direct subsidiaries with coordination function and manages 4 associations, and has posted representative offices in the European Union, the Russian Federation, the United States of America and Hong Kong SAR.

The State Administration for Market Regulation implements the principles, policies, and decision-making arrangements of the Party on market supervision and management, and adheres to strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of Party over market supervision and management in the course of performing its duties.

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA is the department in charge of domestic and foreign trade and international economic cooperation established by the People’s Republic of China, which is belongs to the State Council of the PRC.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China was established in October 1949, which is a department of the State Council that is responsible for the development of agriculture and rural economy. At the same time , the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China is the functional department of the State Council that comprehensively manages the industries of crop farming, animal husbandry, aquaculture, agriculture, township enterprises and feed , and is also the coordination department of the macroeconomic management of the rural economy.

National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China is established in March 2018, which implements the guidelines, policies, and decision-making arrangements of Party for health work, and adhere to strengthen the centralized and unified leadership in the course of performing its duties.
