National Center for Exhibition and Convention (NECC) is located in the west of the core area of Hongqiao Business District in Shanghai, China. It is only 1.5 kilometers away from Hongqiao transportation hub, closely connected with Hongqiao high speed railway station and Hongqiao airport through the subway. The surrounding expressways extend in all directions, and within 2 hours you can reach the important cities of the Yangtze River Delta, so the transportation is very convenient.

 

Four parts- exhibition venues, supporting commercial centers, supporting office buildings and supporting hotels consist of NECC. They are connected through an eight-meter-elevation exhibition avenue so that all kinds of people can easily pass through the exhibition venues, commercial centers, office buildings, and hotels etc.

 

The available exhibition area of NECC reaches 500,000 square meters, including 400,000 square meters’ indoor exhibition area and 100,000 square meters’ outdoor exhibition area. The indoor exhibition hall is composed of 13 big halls with unit area of 28,800square meters and 3 small halls with unit area of 9,700square meters. The truck can directly arrive at the exhibition hall. In the north of the first floor, 4 big halls and 1 small hall are provided with ground load of 5T/m2, and equipped with adequate electric power. Among them, only 1 big hall has double-layer structure. Others are single layer without columns, which is suitable for heavy, industrial exhibition. In the south of the first floor, 4 big halls with double-layer structure are provided with ground load of 3.5T/m2, column net area of 27*36 square meters, and column height of 11 meters. On the second floor, there are 5 big halls and 2 small halls. The ground load of them are 1.5T/m2; the column net area of the big hall is 36*54 square meters, and the average column height is 16 meters, which can also meet the demand of most exhibitions. Around the exhibition hall, adequate conference facilities are equipped. They are consists of more than 60 conference rooms with different sizes, which can organize meetings from tens of people to 3,000 people.

 

NECC embraces an advanced transportation system. People, vehicles, and goods are in different traffic aisles; Various industries have their own traffic systems to ensure the traffic safety during the exhibition.

 

The supporting commercial center is located in the central area, connected with the exhibition halls, and can be reached by the subway. It is equipped with meeting rooms, VIP rooms, information desk and other exhibition facilities. Besides, it combines the functions of all kinds of catering, entertainment, exhibition marketing, and boutique shops etc. The supporting commercial center not only provides supporting services for the exhibition, but also extends the exhibition effect to enhance business value and meet the needs of different people, which is a unique shine point of NECC.

 

Three office buildings and a five star hotel are located at the end of the four leaves in NECC. Among them, the office building can meet the needs of all kinds of exhibition chain enterprises, trade promotion agencies, business enterprises, and financial institutions etc., The office buildings also provide efficient and convenient conference services for the exhibition, holding perennial display of various kinds of products to complement the exhibition and amplify its functions. The five star hotel can satisfy high-end people’s demands of accommodation, dining and meetings.

 

Exit 4, 5 and 6, East Xu Jing Station on line2 can directly get to the exhibition venue. 

 

Elevated Road : Yan’an Elevated, in south outer-ring expressway direction; Jiamin Elevated – Jianhong Elevated- East Yinggang Road – Zhu Guang Road (at the west gate of NECC); 

Beizhai Elevated, in north outer-ring expressway direction, Jiamin Elevated – Songze Elevated – Off-ramp of Panlong Road – Long Lian Road – Zhu Guang Road (at the west gate of NECC).

 

Ground Road: Bei Zhai Road / West Tianshan Road / in West Xianxia Road direction, Shenchang Road or Huaxiang Road – Songze Avenue – Zhu Guang Road (at the west gate of NECC); 

Yan’an Road direction, West Yan’an Road- Hu Qing Ping Road – Zhu Guang Road (at the west gate of NECC). Taxi please go through west entrance of Zhu Guang Road, then pass gate 20, and reach the special lane of North Hall to let passengers get off; the taxi without passengers please go through gate 18 to enter the designated area for parking.

 

No 865: connected with subway- Shanghai Zoo, Caohejing Development Zone, Jinjiang Park Station

No 706: connected with subway-Jiuting Station

No 776: connected with subway-Ziteng Road, Zhongshan Park

The buses leading to the surrounding areas: No710, Zhu Xu Line, Tsing Xu Line, Bai Xu Line, No1 Xu Jing Road, No2 Xu Jing Road, No4 Xu Jing Road, No5 Xu Jing Road, No797, and No197. The traffic is very convenient.

 

Hongqiao airport terminal 1: get on/off at Airport Road, connecting rail line 10

West Hongqiao traffic center: get on/off at Shenhong Road, connecting Hongqiao airport terminal 2 and Hongqiao Railway Station

Shanghai West Railway Station: get on/off at the terminal of No 1 bus, directly reaching Shanghai West Railway Station and connecting Line 11

Shanghai Stadium: get on/off at No111 bus station, directly reaching Shanghai Stadium bus station, connecting line 1,3,4. Passenger point of the shuttle bus in NECC is in the designated area outside the North Hall.

 

From Shanghai downtown area

Yan’an Elevated, in south outer-ring expressway direction; Jiamin Elevated – Jianhong Elevated- East Yinggang Road – No. 2 parking lot (North side of Panzhong Road, near Zhu Guang Road) or East Yinggang Road- Zhu Guang Road –Songze Avenue (at the north gate of NECC)-designated area of the north exhibition hall for parking;

Beizhai Elevated, in north outer-ring expressway direction, Jiamin Elevated – Songze Elevated – turn right at Off-ramp of Panlong Road – No. 1 parking lot (North side of Songze Avenue, near the south side of Long Lian Road) or Long Lian Road – Zhu Guang Road –Songze Avenue (at the north gate of NECC)-designated area of the north exhibition hall for parking;

 

From Yangtze River Delta: passengers flow in Hangzhou, Ningbo, and Suzhou direction, can gather from G60 and G2 to Shenhai Expressway, G15 – Off-ramp of Songze Avenue – Songze Avenue (at the north gate of NECC) – designated area of the north exhibition hall for parking; or Songze Avenue – Zhu Guang Road – East Yinggang Road- No. 2 parking lot (north side of Panzhong Road, near Zhu Guang Road).
